Retention: as long as necessary to process your request and meet legal accounting obligations.

Recipients: your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed by CAP90 and its technical providers (hosting, email delivery).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to contact@cap90.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
