Terms & conditions

Booking: any request sent via the site, by phone or via WhatsApp is a booking request. It becomes final only after personal confirmation by CAP90.

Price: the price is fixed and communicated to the customer before confirmation. No surcharge is applied without prior agreement.

Payment: on board by card, Bancontact or cash, or by invoice for companies. No online payment.

Waiting: if a flight or train given at booking is delayed, the chauffeur adapts the schedule.

Cancellation: the customer may cancel free of charge by notifying CAP90 as early as possible. Any specific cancellation terms are stated upon confirmation.

Conduct on board: smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Seat belts are mandatory.

Luggage: the customer states the number of bags when booking to ensure they can be carried.
